摘要
针对近年来广东电网多次发生因电压互感器(TV)二次绕组中性点安装的放电间隙不正确击穿造成保护误动的事故,对电压互感器二次中性点安装过电压保护的必要性问题展开试验和理论研究,通过雷电侵入条件下电压互感器二次绕组中性点的雷电传递过电压的试验室模拟试验和数值仿真,确定二次绕组中性点的雷电传递过电压水平,肯定了电压互感器二次绕组中性点就地安装雷电过电压保护的必要性。
In view of the multiple protection misoperation accidents caused by incorrect breakdown of discharge gap at the secondary winding neutral-point of voltage transformer in Guangdong power grid in recent years, test and theoretical study are made on the necessity of installing overvoltage protection for the secondary winding neutral-point of voltage transformer. Experiments and numerical simulations are carried out to study the lightning transfer overvoltage in the neutralpoint of the secondary winding under the situation of lightning invasion. The overvoltage level of lightning transmission at the neutral-point of the secondary winding is determined, and the necessity of the overvoltage protection for the secondary winding neutral-point of voltage transformer is confirmed.
