摘要
以南果梨为试材,研究涂膜处理、1-MCP处理、涂膜+1-MCP和1-MCP二次处理对南果梨贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:经1-MCP处理和经1-MCP再次处理中气体浓度变化趋势相同,两者没有明显的差别,涂膜+1-MCP处理中气体浓度下降幅度较为明显。1-MCP处理和涂膜处理对南果梨的硬度、可溶性固形物、腐烂率、转色指数有明显的抑制作用。果实经过一次1-MCP处理后,待后熟7d后再对其进行一次1-MCP处理,其处理效果要明显好于1-MCP一次处理。
The trial used nanguo pear as materials, studied the effect the treatment of smearing film, 1-MCP, smearing film and 1-MCP, the secondary treatment of 1-MCP on storage impact. The results showed that: the trend gas concentration changed was the same, had no apparent difference with the treatment and secondary treatment of 1-MCP. The treatment of smearing film and 1-MCP had apparent restrained effect on rigidity, total soluble solids (TSS), blet rate, changed color index of Nanguo Pear. The storage effect of secondary treatment of 1-MCP after the seven days apparently excelled the effect of treatment.
