摘要
《多目标综合评价系统》把一个多目标问题表示为一个有序的递阶层次结构,并通过指标赋权及对指标的标准化处理之后,先采用理想点法、线性加权法和等级法进行评价,再用Copeland法进行综合评价。
In this paper, the author has introduced the designing of 'The Multi-Objective Evaluating System' (MOES). In this system,a multi-objective problem is represented as a sorted progressively-leveled structrue. After the weights are vested,different dimensions of elements are converted to the same dimension and striped by the same standard,the multi-objective problem is evaluated eomprehensively by means of the optimal point,the linear weight,the grading and the Copeland.
