摘要
建立求解摆动缸六杆夹紧机构增力比的通用方程。只要在此方程中代入机构中有关杆件的尺寸或位置参数,就可以求出该机构的增力比。通用方程的建立,为计算和优化夹紧机构提供了一个数学模型。
An equation of amplifying-force multiple for six linkages clamping mechanism of a swing cylinder is established in this paper. By filling the dimensions or locations of the mechanism's linkages in the equation, the rnechanism's amplifying-force multiple can be worked out. It can provide a mathematic model to calculate and optimize clamping mechanisms as a result of establishing the equation.
