摘要
目的探讨精索内动脉的分离与保护在腹腔镜精索内静脉高位结扎术中的可行性。方法通过对2006-10～2008-02行腹腔镜精索内静脉高位结扎术的68例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果68例患者成功分离出精索内动脉64例，60例患者成功保留精索内动脉。精索内动脉经常缠绕精索内静脉，通常位于其外侧，自外侧转向内侧。结论保留精索内动脉是非常有必要的，而且是可行的。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of separating and protecting the internal spermatic arteries in laparoscopic high ligation of the internal spermatie veins. Method The clinical data of 68 patients with laparoscopic ligation of the internal spermatic veins were analyzed. They were in author＇s hospital from October 2006 to February 2008. Result Among the 68 patients, internal spermatic arteries were separated successfully in 64 cases, and 60 patients of them kept it. Internal spermatie arteries often wind round the internal spermatic veins, located out of them, from interior to external Conclusion It is very necessary and efficacy to keep the internal spermatic arteries.
