摘要
图书馆和谐的实质就是文献信息供求之间在一定条件下达到的暂时平衡状态,实现图书馆和谐的根本途径是不断增强图书馆自身服务的能力,千方百计满足日益增长的读者需求。
The essence of harmonious university library is to achieve a temporary state of equilibrium between supply and demand information under certain conditions. The fundamental way to achieve library harmony is to constantly enhance the its capacity of service, doing everything possible to meet the growing needs of readers.
