摘要
理论上分析了从瓦斯灰中浸出铟的可行性。试验采用硫酸浸出瓦斯灰提取铟。结果表明,在初始硫酸浓度为1 mol/L,固液比1:5,浸出温度80℃,浸出时间2 h,高速搅拌条件下,铟浸取回收率15.31%。
The feasibility of leaching indium from blast furnace dust was analyzed theoretically and indium was extracted from blast furnace flue dust by leaching with sulfuric acid in the experiments. The result indicated that when the initial sulphuric acid concentration was 1mol/L, the leaching rate of indium can reach 15.31% on the technological conditions for leaching indium as follows: solid/liquid ratio of 1:5, leaching temperature of 80℃, leaching time of 2 hours, and high speed stirring.
