摘要
随着招投标制度的广泛推广,全国逐步建立起良好的招投标市场环境,但在实际操作中仍然存在着一些问题。文章就园林行业招投标工作中的投标成本、市场现状与存在问题进行分析探讨,提出相关建议,力求促进招投标市场健康发展。
With wide application of tender system, an enabling market environment for tendering has been gradually established in China. However, there are still some problems in the practical operation. The bidding cost, market status and existing problems in gardening and landscaping sector were analyzed and proposals were made to address the issues, in order to promote healthy development of the tender market.
