摘要
学生党建工作是高校学生工作中非常重要的组成部分,如何在新时期做好学生党员培训工作,把好党员质量关是学生党建工作的重要研究课题。文中通过在学生党建工作中贯穿党员先进性教育,抓好党员的培训、发展过程中的几个重要环节等方面着手进行系统分析,从而提高学生党建工作的质量和学生党员的综合素质。
Party building work among the students is an important component in college student affairs. Therefore, how to train the student Party members and control the quality of Party building among the students becomes a major topic of study. This paper systematically analyzes two main aspects in order to improve the quality of student Party building and the comprehensive quality of student Party members. One aspect is to maintain the progressiveness of the Party members throughout our work and the other is to focus on the process of training and recruiting student Party members.
