从OA解读、高职图书馆建设OA资源文献的意义和OA文献资源三个方面，对高职院校图书馆开发利用互联网上的OA文献资源进行了探讨。参考文献13。
This article discusses the college library developed and applied OA literature sources in Internet from the following three aspects which are the open access interpretation, the significance of college library constructing the OA literature and the OA literature resources. 13 Refs.
