摘要
本文根据作者多年图书馆工作的实际情况，结合搜集的读者群在图书馆阅读学习的种种心得体会，论述图书馆的良好环境和良好的读书氛围对读者阅读学习产生的影响作用，进一步论述了如何加强改进图书馆环境建设、营造良好的读书氛围，以此吸引更多的读者，并更好地发挥图书馆为读者服务、为社会服务的公益功能。参考文献3。
In this paper, the author being in accordance with the actual situation for the years of library work and combining with the readers＇ understanding and reading in the library, concluded that a favorable reading atmosphere will impact the efficient aspects for the readers and further discussed how to strengthen to improve the library environment, create a good atmosphere in order to attract more readers, and better exert library services for the readers and public. 3 Refs.
