摘要
本文通过对知识服务的概念和特征的阐述,探讨了高校图书馆知识服务的五种服务模式,并在此基础上指出了知识服务的实现需要提高馆员的综合素质。
Five modes of knowledge service in college library are discussed based on the elucidation of conception and characteristic of knowledge service in this paper. The integrated quality promotion of librarian is essentially urgent when the knowledge service is put into practice.
