摘要
本文分析了海峡西岸经济区的自主创新和产业结构情况;依据现代新增长理论,对海峡西岸经济区通过自主创新促进产业结构升级的路径进行了实证分析。分析结果显示:海峡西岸经济区的区域创新能力居全国第9位,产业结构已实现由"二、一、三"向"二、三、一"跨越,工业主导经济的作用进一步增强。最后,提出建议:海峡西岸经济区必须充分利用区域优势,加快创建协调高效的自主创新体系,加快产业结构的调整和转型,以实现区域经济又好又快发展。
This paper tries to analyze the status of self-innovation and industrial structure of West Strait Side Economic Zone（WSSEZ）. And according to the modern new growth theory,it empirically studies the route of industry upgrading through self-innovation in WSSEZ. The result shows that： the innovation ability of WSSEZ ranks ninth in China,and the industrial structure has changed from＇ secondary-primary-tertiary＇to ＇ secondary-tertiary-primary＇ ,and the dominant effect of industry on economy has been further strengthened. Finally,it suggests that the location advantage of WSSEZ should be taken advantage of,and the construction of self-innovation system as well as the transformation and the adjustment of industrial structure should be strengthened in order to develop regional economy well and rapidly.
