摘要
探讨了石油勘探爆破安全管理的现状和应对方法,提出了爆破教育培训、责任意识、管理机制、监督检查等方面的安全管理控制思路。通过科学化、规范化石油地震勘探民用爆炸物品安全管理的实践,摸索出了一条既符合高标准的条例和规定、又适应石油勘探安全施工的新路子。由于健全企业内部制度、规范涉爆人员操作、提高相关员工意识、强化各级安全责任,3年来没发生大小涉爆安全事故,也没发生民爆物品被盗和丢失现象,保证了地震勘探施工安全、顺利进行。
The current condition and response method of safety management of oil exploration blasting was discussed, and the safety management control thought of blasting education and training, responsibility sense, management mechanisms and supervision and inspection was provided. Through the scientific and standardized practice of oil seismic exploration＇s explosive safety management, the new thought fitting for high standard rules and regulations and suiting for oil exploration safety construction was groped out. Owing to perfecting the enterprise inner regulations, regulating blaster operation, enhancing the sense of related staff and strengthening each bank safety responsibility, no safety accidents related to explosion were occurred since three years, and no explosive materials stolen and loosen, and guaranteed the oil exploration construction was carried out safely and smoothly.
