摘要
文章采取问卷的方式,以一所非重点大学非英语专业三个年级(大一至大三)的学生为研究对象,抽样调查他们的英语学习动机。问卷统计结果发现,非英语专业一、二、三年级学生的英语学习动机呈现规律性和"年级"的相对稳定性。基于这种"相对稳定性",尝试用"归因"理论视角分析解释调查结果,并提出非英语专业学生英语学习动机激发与培养的若干构想。
This study investigated the English learning motivation of non - English major undergraduates at a non -key comprehensive university. Research methods included questionnaires and statistical comparison of results of questionnaires implemented. Quantitative findings show that their English learning motivation basically presents regularity and grade - stability from freshmen to seniors. By means of analysis of the relative stability, this paper attempts to explain the findings with the Theory of Attribution. And it mainly puts forward the strategies to stimulate and cultivate students' motivation for English learning.
