Bake the damping materials on glass plate, and then use an scanner to generate the bonding area image of damping materials. This image should contain over a million pixels and 256 gray scales.Isolate the bonding area images under the critical gray-scale.Survey and evaluate the effective bonding area between damping materials and vehicle body at certain shear strength.
