摘要 目的评价CT脑血管造影(CTA)及三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)在颅内动脉瘤早期诊断中的价值。方法对50例蛛网膜下隙出血病人分别行CTA及3D-DSA检查,比较两种方法诊断动脉瘤的确诊率及瘤颈与载瘤动脉的关系。结果3D-DSA对动脉瘤确诊率为100%,CTA为87.3%。3D-DSA对动脉瘤瘤颈与载瘤动脉关系显示能力亦优于CTA,差异有显著性(χ2=7.10~14.53,P<0.01)。结论在颅内动脉瘤的早期诊断中3D-DSA较CTA有一定优势。 Objective To evaluate the early diagnostic value of CT angiograph (CTA) and three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D-DSA) for intracranial aneurysm (IA) Methods Both CTA and 3D-DSA were done in 50 patients with suharachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), the detection rate of IA and the relationship between aneurysm neck and parent artery were compared. Results The confirmation of IA was 100% for 3D-DSA and 87.3% for CTA, and 3D-DSA was also superior to CTA in terms of relationship display of aneurysm neck and parent artery (χ^2 = 7.10-14.53, P〈0.01). Conclusion 3D-DSA is better than CTA in the early diagnosis of intraeranial aneurysm.
