加工番茄光响应特征及其与产量的相关性研究

摘要 [目的]研究加工番茄光响应特性及其与产量的相关性。[方法]用Li-6400在设定的光强梯度下对不同品种加工番茄进行光响应测定,对光响应曲线加以研究分析。根据光响应曲线的拟合方程计算最大光合速率,光饱和点,光补偿点,暗呼吸和表观量子效率等相关参数,把产量与这些参数进行相关性分析。[结果]结果表明,产量与最大光合速率、光饱和点、光补偿点、暗呼吸和表观量子效率等相关参数之间存在显著相关关系。[结论]可为加工番茄的田间栽培和高光效育种提供理论依据。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the photoresponse characteristics of processing tomato and the relationship between its and yield. [Method] The response of photosynthesis rate to light intensity of different varieties were measttred with Li-6400 under the different gradients,and the light response curves were researched and analyzed. The characteristic parameters including maximum photosynthetic ratio ( Pnmax ), light saturation point (LPS), light compensation point (LCP), dark respiration (Rd), apparent quantum efficiency (AQY) were calculated from those simulated equations. The relationship between yield and these characteristic parameters was analyzed. [ Result] The results showed that there were significant relationship between yield and those characteristic parameters. [ Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for the cultivation and high light efficiency breeding of processing tomato.
