摘要
目的了解常熟市某氟化学工业园区周边居民外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率、微核细胞率、拖尾细胞(脱尾)率和DNA损伤率情况。方法抽取该园区周边居民337人为观察组,另选远离该园区的居民199人为对照组。严格按GB/T12715-1991《染色体畸变分析估算生物剂量的方法》、WS/t187-1999《淋巴细胞微核估算受照剂量的方法》和彗星实验操作步骤进行检测后分析。结果两地居民外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率、微核细胞率、DNA损伤率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);而外周血淋巴细胞拖尾细胞率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论该氟工业园区排出的氟化物目前未对周边地区居民的外周血淋巴细胞产生重大影响,监管部门应继续跟踪监测。
[ Objective] To find out the rate of chromosomal aberrations, micronucleus, traihng cell { tail off} and DNA damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes of the residents around the Fluorochemical Industry Park. [ Methods]337 local residents and 199 re- mote residents were chosen as the observation group and the control; detection and analysis were made based on the "GB/T 12715 - 1991 Method of Estimating Chromosome Aberration Biological Dosage, WS/t 187 -1999 Method of Estimating Lymphocyte Micronu- cleus Radiation Dosage, and the Comet Testing Procedure. [ Results] No significant difference was found between the two groups of residents in the chromosomal aberrations, micronucleus and DNA damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the rate of trailing cell ( tail off) was lower in the observation group than in the control ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The fluoride-base emissions from the Fluorochemical Industry Park have not yet major impact on the peripheral blood lymphocytes of the local residents; track monitoring should be continued.
