摘要
目的:完善灯盏生脉胶囊的薄层鉴别。方法:采用薄层鉴别以野黄芩苷、五味子乙素为对照品。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:方法专属、斑点清晰、分离度好,可用于灯盏生脉胶囊的薄层鉴别。
Objective： Perfect TLC scutellarin of Dengzhan Capsules identification. Methods： TLC used to wild baicalin, Schisandrin B as reference subtance. Result： Chromatography for the test, and reference substance in the corresponding location on chromatography, fluorescence was the same color spots. Conclusion： Proprietary methods, dot clear separation of good and can be used for light beacon Shengmai Capsules TLC.
