摘要
目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗三氯乙烯接触性剥脱皮炎的治疗效果。方法:对1例因三氯乙烯接触性剥脱皮炎(病损面积94%TBSA)患者,全部创面给予外涂湿润烧伤膏治疗。结果:用药后3天病损部位渗出减少,7天有新生皮肤生长,14天创面基本愈合。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗三氯乙烯接触性剥脱皮炎疗效显著。
Objective： To explore the curative effects of MEBO in treating contact and exfoliative dermatitis caused by trichloroethylene. Method： MEBO was applied to a patient of contact and exfoliative dermatitis with 94% TBSA caused by trich]oroethylene. Result： 3 days after treatment, exudation of wound site was reduced, newborn skin regeneration was observed on the 7^th day, and all the wounds healed on the 14^th day. Conclusion： Obvious effect was observed with MEBO to treat contact and exfoliative dermatitis caused by tfichloroethylene.
