摘要
湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)是我国著名学者徐荣祥教授在祖国医学的药理学基础上研制而成的,它是一种中药外用框架剂型软膏,现已广泛用于治疗各类烧伤病人,且取得了满意疗效,并已逐步推广到治疗各种皮肤黏膜溃疡疾病。近些年来,我们在配合医生应用MEBO治疗各类溃疡过程中,积累了一定护理治疗经验。由于溃疡种类较多,发病原因各异,认为应依据病人病情采取相应的护理措施,使其产生有效的护理效果,提高医疗护理质量,促进病人康复。
MEBO is invented based on pharmacology of the traditional Chinese medicine by Professor XU Rong-xiang, a famous scholar. It is a framework ointment with formulations of traditional Chinese medicine as a topic drug. It has now been widely used to treat various types of burn patients, and achieved a satisfactory effect. It has been gradually extended to the treatment of a variety of muccsa ulcers. In recent years, nursing experience has been obtained during the course of treating ulcers with MEBO. Since various ulcers have different pathogenesis, it is very important to treat the ulcers with respective nursing measures so as to achieve best treatment efficacy and to ensure the nursing quality, finally to make patient recovered as early as possible.
