摘要
企业中存在不同类型和层次的人力资本,它们对企业的贡献不尽相同。对人力资本进行分类是人力资源管理的一项基础性工作。本文通过分析已有的研究成果,归纳出企业人力资本分类应该遵循的原则,进而提出一个操作性和实用性较强的分类方法。
In the enterprise has the different type and the level human capital, they are different to enterprise's contribution. Carries on the classification to the human capital is a human resources management foundational work. This article through the analysis already the research results which has ,induces principle which the enterprise human capital classification should follow, then proposes one operational and the usable strong classification method.
