作为现代发展理念的"以人为本"是在20世纪60年代最初被提出来的一种经济思想,它与经济发展中的以物为本相对立。随着全球发展中人与自然、人与社会、人与人的矛盾日益尖锐突出,人们越来越深刻地认识到,经济社会的发展,不仅是物质财富的积累,更重要的是人的价值的实现和全面自由的发展。
The concept of ＂people-oriented＂, which is now popularly used as a concept of modern development, was originally put forward as a kind of economic thinking. It is opposite to ＂object-oriented＂ development. With the global development, the contradictions between human and nature, man and society, people and people are becoming more and more acute. There is a growing profound recognition that the development of the society does not only refers to the economic development, but also the realization of the value of human and comprehensive development.
