冬季降温集输和不加热集输可行性研究

摘要 随着中原油田进入高含水开发后期,油井采出液的物性发生了较大的变化,为降低油井集油温度或采用不加热集输工艺创造了条件。本文结合中原油田的生产现状,分析了采用降温或不加热集输的必要性,提出了单井回油压力、温度等参数的计算方法,分析了影响原油集输的相关因素,对实现降温或不加热集输的可行性进行了探讨,以达到进一步控制生产成本,节能降耗的目的。 With Zhongyuan Oilfield entering extracting oil later period of Highly-Watery,physical character of produce in oil well have happened largely change,which creates chance into bring down temperature of oil-gathered from oil well or use technics of gathering the oil.To achieve futher controlling production Cost and reducing energy consumption,article links current situation of zhongyuan oilfield,and analyzes necessity of lowered temperature or unheated of oil gatherring,and purposes computational method of some parametrics such as: pressure of scavenging oil in single- well,temperature,and analyzes interrelated factors influencing crude oil gathering,and discusses feasibility of lowered temperature or unheated of oil gathering.
