摘要
头孢菌素类的结构改造常需要含不同侧支链的头孢菌素母核,本文以7-ACA为原料,一锅法制备7位与4位均有保护基的3-羟甲基头孢菌素中间体。该工艺具有反应条件温和、操作简便且产品纯度好、收率高的优点,适于工业化生产。
7-amino 3-hydroxymethyl cephem(7-AHCA) is a very useful cephalosporin nuclei. It was prepared from 7-ACA via one pot synthesis to gain the protected intermediate. The intermediate is validated for rebuilding of various cephalosporin nuclei. This method is characterized by moderate reaction conditions, simple operation, high purity and high yield rate products, so the process has the potential application to the industry production.
