摘要
目的探讨脊柱的力学特性及损伤机制。方法采用10具新鲜成年尸体胸腰椎(T12,L1)建立运动段,测定胸腰椎脊柱在压缩及拉伸载荷下的极限载荷值与对应的应力值。结果测定压缩极限载荷值为460±50kg,拉伸极限载荷值为350±35kg及各组织相对应的应力值。
Objective To investigate mechanical characteristic of spine and mechanism of its injury. Methods The motion segments were developed with thoracolumbar vertebrae of corpses. The ultimate load value and corresponding stress value of thoracolumbar vertebrae under compressive and tensile load were surveyed. Results The ultimate compressive load value was 460±50 kg, and the ultimate tensile value was 350±50 kg. The corresponding stress values of the different tissues were calculated. Conclusion The results of this study provide certain consulting value to research work on spinal injuries under various violences in aviation.
