摘要
分析了电力科研院(所)改制面临的问题,借鉴国内外流程管理的成功经验,结合电力科研院(所)改制的特点,阐述了电力科研院(所)改制的流程管理体系框架设计,并提出了相应的完善化措施与建议。
Problems facing electric power research institutes during their restructuring were analyzed. Based on the successful experience in process management both at home and abroad, as well as the restructuring features of electric power research institutes, design of the process management system framework for these institutes was illuminated. Improvement suggestions were also proposed.
