摘要
采用ＭＡＸＳＩＬ５Ｃ１８柱，以甲醇－水－冰乙酸（２０∶８０∶１）为流动相，流速１．０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长２３６ｎｍ，对栀子及黄苓清肺汤中栀子甙进行了含量测定。结果表明：该法加样回收率为１０２．８±２．２％，ＲＳＤ为１．１５％，为栀子及其制剂中之栀子甙提供了简便易行。
Using Maxsil 5 C18 column,the contents of Geniposide in Fructus Gardeniae and Huangqin Qingfei decoction were determined by HPLC with a mobile phase of methanolwateracetic acid (20∶80∶1), at a wavelength of 236nm. The results showed that its recovery rate was 1028±22% with RSD of 115%.
