古医书中的"谷气、谷神"和"消化、腐熟、杀谷"是两组同义词,经过演变,"谷气"和"消化"保存下来,其他同义词则湮灭消失。
Guqi（谷气） and Gushen（谷神） is one group of synonym in Ancient medical books. Xiaohua（消化） Fushu（腐熟） and Shagu（杀谷） are the others. With a long word meaning evolution, Guqi（谷气） and Xiaohua（消化） left, others disappered.
