摘要
我国人多地少的国情决定了必须集约利用土地资源;通过对影响城市土地集约利用因素的分析,确定集约利用指标,提出城市土地集约利用评价方法,构建了城市土地集约利用宏观评价指标体系;通过指标权重的计算和评价标准的确定,对河南省17个地级市的土地集约利用水平做出了判断,针对性地提出了相关对策。
The condition of a large number of people with little land decides that we have to use land intensively.According to the analyses of meanings and influence factors of intensive exploitation evaluation , the paper proposes the method of city land use, decides intensive use index and conceives the system of the macro evaluation.The paper studies the factors influencing the city land intensive exploitation., gains the useful conclusions about the macro evaluation and introduces the general situation in Henan province.Through the index weight＇ s computation and evaluation criteria＇ s determination,the paper figures out the 17 cities＇ integrated score of the land intensive exploitation in Henan province, contrasts the evaluation results of the 17 cities and makes the judgment on 17 cities＇ land use level.The paper puts forward the pertinent countermeasures to enhance the level of the city land intensive exploitation in Henan province.
