摘要
本文对自制氟化钠缓释片在水中、不同pH值的缓冲液和不同转速下的释放规律进行考察。结果表明药物释放与pH值无关，与转速有关。同时，对释放度数据进行释放模型拟合或建立药物累积释放度一介质pH-时间和药物累积释放度-转速-时间三维释放特性图，以此作为制剂质量控制手段。
This experiment studied the releasing characteristics of slow--release sodium fluoride tablet in water or buffers withdifferent pHs and under different rotation speeds.The results showed that there was no correlation between the release rate and thePH of releasing medium,and there was correlation between the release rate and the rotation speed.The release model and the data ofthe releasing characteristics were established for quality control.
