PbTiO_3纳米粉体粒度的可控合成

摘要 以Ti(OC4H9)4、醋酸铅作为原料,在水热体系内首先合成具有2~5nm尺寸的非晶态PbTiO3,将得到的产品进行退火处理,用XRD、TEM等测试手段对产品进行表征,结果表明在600℃时退火得到的PbTiO3纳米粉体为平均粒径在30nm左右,没有明显的团聚现象出现。800℃时其平均粒径增加至80nm左右,粒径分布范围变宽,而且发生严重的团聚。物质的结构从非晶态转化为四方结构。 Using Ti(OC4H9) and Pb(CH3COO)2·2H2O as raw materials, non-crystalline PbTiO3 of 2-5 nm diameter was first synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The nano-size powdery PbTiO3 particle was annealed at various temperatures. The produced samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Experimental results indicated that the crystalline nano-size PbTiO3 produced by annealing at 600 ℃ hact an average diameter of about 30 nm and no obvious aggregation was observed. When the annealing temperature for the non-crystalline PbTiO3 powder was raised up to 800 ℃, the average diameter of PbTiO3 powders was increased to about 80 nm and the size distribution became broader, showing that serious aggregation has occurred. After annealing, the structure of PbTiO3 transferred from non-crystalline to tetragonal structure.
