摘要
通过乳液聚合方法制备以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为主要单体,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为功能单体的聚合物。以合成宽温域、高阻尼值(tanδ)的阻尼材料为目的,通过改变功能单体的用量、软硬单体比例、交联剂用量研究它们对材料阻尼性能的影响。采用动态力学分析方法(DMA)对材料的阻尼性能进行测试,同时还考察了各组成聚合物的附着力。
A series of monomers such as styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA), acrylic acid (AA) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as raw materials, a copolymer was then obtained by means of emulsion polymerization method. This paper was aimed to prepare broad damping temperature rang and high tanδ vibration damping materials. The influence of polar monomers (AA, HEMA) content, proportion of hard and soft monomer and content of crosslinking agent on the damping property was studied. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) was used to test the damping properties of materials, at the same time the strength of conglutination was investigated.
