摘要
金属基复合材料具有较高的比刚度、比强度、耐磨性和高温性能,是一种高性能先进材料,在航空、航天、汽车等领域有良好的应用前景。而其复合界面的结合机制对其性能是最为关键的因素。对不锈钢/铝复合板轧制界面处理的化学方法和机械处理法进行对比试验,通过对不同界面处理方法得出的复合界面微观形貌的观测,得出机械处理方法更有利于提高复合板的结合强度。
Metal matrix composites exhibits a high specific stiffness and strength, lower wear rate, and good mechanical proprieties at the elevated temperature. Furthermore, it can be designed and fabricated according to the aim of applications. In this paper the chemical method and mechanical method were used to treat the interface of the clad plate. Furthermore, compared with the microcosmic appearance of the clad plates with different treatments, the result indicated that the conjoint intensity of the clad plate treated by mechanical method is better than others.
