摘要
我国经济在2008年里经历了自然灾害和世界金融危机的冲击,经济增速回落,但经济发展的基本面没有改变。农业生产形势良好,消费需求增长较快,通胀水平回落,经济运行前景仍较好。但世界经济危机对我国的不利影响以及我国经济运行中出现的一些新情况、新问题亦不能忽视,特别是出现了国内消费和投资有减速迹象,部分中小企业经营困难,农民增收前景不乐观,房地产市场持续低速等情况,必需采取有力措施予以扭转。为此要加强和改善宏观调控,加大对中小企业的扶持力度,适当增加投资规模,通过财税政策刺激外贸和房地产等产业发展。
The economy of China has been dropped since it had sufferd from the natural disasters and the world financial crisis, but the basic aspects of the economic development has not been effeeted, such as the good condition of the agriculture, the increasing quickly eonsumpution demand and the lower inflation rate. However, we still need to be attention to take some measures to deal with the disadvantege of the world financial crisis and the new situation of the economic development by enhancing and developping the macro-control for the economy, enhancing the support for the minor enterprises, properly increasing the investment scale, stimulating the industry of the foreign trade and the real estate.
