摘要
本文对钢煤斗的平面计算方法和空间有限元计算方法作了比较,利用Staadpro软件对钢煤斗的应力、变形、支座反力进行了计算分析,并进一步利用软件计算数据分析钢煤斗壁板厚度和加劲肋间距对煤斗应力和变形的影响,以及对堵煤的不利工况进行了初步分析和探讨。
This essay compares the finite element method with simplified calculation method for structural analysis of steel scuttle. Then the Staad pro software is used for calculating the stress, distortion and reactive forces of steel scuttle, and the influence of plate thickness and stiffener span is analysed through data computed by the software. Further more, a special condition, coal block, is also discussed here by using Staad pro.
