摘要
八一七路是福州历史最为悠久的繁华商业街,凝聚了很多传统福州商业街区的特征和内涵。本文通过对该商业街(横街段)旧城改造项目(A,B地块)设计的回顾,从"巷空间"的设计理念进行分析,并根据现代商业模式和居民的消费观念反馈到传统商业街规划中,通过对现代商业模式形态和传统商业街巷空间进行分析,探讨了如何在现代商业街区中回归传统文化元素片段特征,从而能够更好的进行现代商业街区的设计。
