摘要
介绍了增产丙烯助剂LTB-1在锦州石化公司160万t/a催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明,在原料油性质、操作条件和平衡催化剂性质基本相近的情况下,加入占催化剂藏量5%的LTB-1,可使液化气收率提高2.80个百分点,液化气中丙烯的体积分数上升2.00个百分点,丙烯相对于原料的收率提高1.26个百分点,而总液收和产品质量则基本保持稳定。
The industry application of assistant LTB-1 in a 1. 6 Mt/a fluidized -bed catalytic cracking unit of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company were introduced. The results showed that under the similar circumstances of the properties of feed oil, operating condition and performances of balance catalyst when assistant LTB - 1 was feeded 5% of in the total catalyst inventory, the yield of liquid petroleum gas（LPG） increased by 2.80 percentiles, the volume fraction of propylene in LPG increased by 2.00 percentiles,the yield of propylene increased by 1.26 percentiles （based on feed）, the total yield of liquid was invariable, and the quality of product was steady.
