摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La掺杂的CeO2(Ce0.9La0.1O2-δ)的前驱体。在900℃下煅烧2 h制备的Ce0.9La0.1O2-δ粉末为单一的立方萤石结构,晶胞参数a为0.549 65 nm;该粉末在200 MPa下压制后在1 400℃下烧结3 h得到的电解质,相对密度为95.1%,在690℃时的电导率为0.66 S/cm。 The precursor of La-doped CeO2 ( Ce0.9La0.1O2-δ ) was obtained by sol-gel method. The Ce0.9La0.1O2-δ powder calcined at 900 ℃ for 2 h had a single cubic fluorite structure,its cell parameter a was 0.549 65 nm. The relative density of the electrolyte of the powder pressed at 200 MPa and sintered at 1 400 ℃ for 3 h was 95,1% ,its conductivity at 690℃ was 0.66 S/cm.
