摘要
利用安装在阳极端板上的35只子电池,测定了活性面积为400 cm2的单体质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)工作中的电流密度分布。实验结果显示,对大面积燃料电池而言,由于端板紧固过程中带来的应变,容易造成中心部分的电流密度偏低。分析了进一步研究需要考虑的因素,如极板的腐蚀、分割测试的等效性和分割引起的问题等。
Current density distribution of a single proton exchange membrane fuel cell( PEMFC)at working with 400 cm^2 active area was measured by 35 sub-cells which were assembled on the anode endplate. The results showed that for fuel cell with big area, current density in the center tended to get lower because of the strain in the process of endplate tightening. The factors should he considered in further research, such as corrosion of plate, equivalence of segmentation measurement and problems in the segmentation were analyzed.
