正交法微波提取朝鲜蓟总多酚的工艺优化 被引量:9

摘要 采用L9(34)正交试验及方差分析对微波法提取朝鲜蓟总多酚的工艺进行优化。结果显示:影响提取率的主要因素为液固比,其次是萃取剂浓度,再次是微波辐射时间和微波功率。微波法提取朝鲜蓟总多酚的优选方案为辐射功率600 W、微波辐射2 min、萃取剂浓度70%、液固比15。 In this study, the optimization of extraction process of total polyphenol from artichoke by microwave method was conducted by using L9(3^4) orthogonal test and analysis of variance. The results showed that the main factor irdtuential to extraction rate was the ratio of material to solvent, followed by the concentration of extractant, radiation time of microwave and microwave power. The optimum extraction process of total polyphenol from artichoke by microwave method was concluded as follows : radiation power being 600 W, microwave irradiation time being 2 min, concentration of extractant being 70%, ratio of solvent to material being 15.
