摘要
设计结构矩阵是一种对复杂产品设计流程优化的有效工具。任务间耦合强度的确定是构造设计结构矩阵的关键,它对设计结构矩阵的规划有着重要意义。文章采用模糊层次分析法构造敏感性和可变性的模糊一致判断矩阵,并通过一定算法映射到设计结构矩阵中任务间的耦合强度,最后为二级减速器设计结构矩阵中耦合强度的确定给出了相应的算例。与其它方法相比,此方法更具普遍性和易操作性。
Design structure matrix is an effective tool for design process optimization of complex product. The fixation of coupling intensity among tasks is the key to construct design structure matrix (DSM), which plays a good role in the layout of DSM. This paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to construct sensitive and variable fuzzy consistent judgment matrix (FCJM), and changes them into coupling intensity in DSM by a special algorithm. At last, the fixation of coupling intensity in second-hierarchy decelerating machine is given as the example to apply FAHP to fixation of coupling intensity in DSM. Compared with other methods, it has strong applicability and is easy to operate.
