摘要
某奶牛场随机取30头奶牛,测定其305 d产奶量及10个体型外貌评分性状,计算产奶量与体型性状之间的相关系数,求得产奶量的各自通径系数,研究奶牛10个体型性状与生产效率性状之间的关系。结果表明,整体评分与305 d产奶量之间存在弱正相关(P>0.05);10个评分性状中,后乳房高度和宽度与305 d产奶量呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。乳房中隔和乳房深度与305 d产奶量呈显著相关(P<0.05)。整体外貌评分、后乳房宽度、乳房中隔越高则产奶量也越高,后乳房高度和乳房中隔是对产奶量起主要作用的性状。
Data for this study were collected from 30 dairy cattle in the third milk period. 10 conformation traits and 305 days' yields (Y) were measured and conformation scores were calculated. 305 days'yields were used to make square distance set with relation coefficient. The correlation coefficients were calculated to study the relation of 10 conformation traits with 305 days'yields. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between conformation scores and the 305 days'yields was not significant ( r = 0. 1300, P 〉 0.05). Hind udder height( X6 ) and Hind udder width ( X7 ) gave predominant effects( r1 = - 0.7638 ; r2 = 0.6968 ; P 〈 0.01 ). Sept - udder(xs ) and Depth udder( x9 ) gave significantly different( r1 = 0.2733 ; r2 = - 0.2967, P 〈 0.05) . We can see that the milk cow production is height with the progress of whole outward appearance grade point and Hind udder width and Sept - udder. The milk cow produce is height with the lose of Hind udder height and Udder depth . It has an important effect to the milk cow produce by Hind udder height and Sept -udder.
