摘要
分析温州市广电的现况和CMMB的技术特点,提出在温州市建设CMMB项目的技术构想,包括单频网系统、编辑制作播出系统等,并结合CMMB的特点说明可能布置的频道数量和相应的码流分配,以及可以开展的相关数据业务,结合温州市的经济发展状况分析CMMB的市场前景,并在此基础上阐明工程的可行性。
By analyzing the current situation of WZRTS and technical characteristic of CMMB, this thesis puts forward the technical conception of building CMMB Project in Wenzhou, including building single frequency network（ SFN）, TV editing and broadcasting system and so on. In the second part, the thesis not only explains the number of channels which could be set in the CMMB SYS and the details of how system distributes the code rate among the CMMB stream, but also, it introduces the data service that can be provided. In addition, it discusses the feasibility of this project on the basis of analyzing the situation of economic development in Wenzhou as well as market analysis of CMMB.
