通过对目前行业中应用较多,液压传动应用比较典型,零、部件通用程度较高的6MG200-W型双滚筒采煤机的液压系统和现场常见故障进行分析,提供了在现场应用中积累的丰富经验和完备的故障处理预案。
6MG200 -W double -drum shearer is widely used in most of the coal mining industry, the hydraulic machinery is very typical, and the parts are also very general. Base on working experience with 6MG200 -W, here is the analysis regarding the general failure, and experienced handling processes are also provided.
