摘要
采用有限元分析方法,研究了配料机后机架的结构。运用ANSYS软件建立了配料机后机架的三维计算模型并对其结构进行计算,求出了后机架在载荷作用下的最大变形值和最大应力值以及变形和应力所处的位置。根据计算结果提出了后机架结构设计改进方案,并对改进后的结构进行了分析。分析结果表明,改进后的结构既节省材料又安全可靠。
The paper studied back framework of batch machine's structure by finite element analysis, A 3-D calculated model for back framework of batch machine has been established and its structure is calculated with ANSYS software. Its maximum deformation and stress including the position of deformation and stress under the load is figured out now. According to the calculation result, the suggestion is given on improving the back framework's structure. The improved structure is well analyzed by the paper too. The results indicates that the improved structure is not only material saving but also safe reliability.
