摘要
采用了加压条件下的固定床环戊酮催化加氢氨解制取环戊胺,分别研究了催化剂的种类、反应压力、反应温度、原料配比等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了合成环戊胺的适宜工艺条件:以Cu-Co-Ni/Al2O3为催化剂,n(氢气)∶n(氨气)∶n(环戊酮)为10∶5∶1,温度为240℃,压力为0.9 MPa,环戊胺的总收率达到89.7%,产品纯度99.7%。
Cyclopentylamine was prepared through cyclopentanore catalytic hydrogenation aminolysis in fixed bed under the pressurized condition. The effect of kinds of catalyst, pressure, temperature, materials ratio on the synthesis was studied, the optimal condition of hydroamination of cyclopentanone were found. Cu-Co-Ni/active Al2O3 as catalyst,n(hydrogen) : n(ammonia) : n(cyelopentanone) = 10 : 5 : 1 ,at temperature of 240 ℃ and pressure of 0.9 MPa. The total yield was 89.7%, and the purity of the product was 99.7%.
