摘要
本文归纳了知识发酵基本理论,包括知识的生物特征、知识活动的内在特征、知识发酵的概念、模型及构成要素、类型;从知识发酵与产业集群、知识发酵与组织变革、知识发酵与质量管理、知识发酵与图书馆知识管理、知识发酵与项目管理等五个方面对知识发酵的应用进行了综述;最后指出了知识发酵理论研究、应用研究所存在的问题,提出了相应建议。
This paper sums up the theory of knowledge fermenting, including the biological character of knowledge, the inherent character of knowledge activities, the conception, model and ingredient, types of knowledge fermenting, and summarizes the application of knowledge fermenting from five aspects of industry cluster, business reform, quality management, library knowledge management and project management. Finally it points out the problem of theory study and application study, and puts forward some suggestions.
