摘要
目的探讨变应性鼻炎患者血清TNF-α、NO含量的动态变化情况及其免疫机制。方法采用双抗夹心EIISA法测定TNF-α含量以及采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清NO水平。结果血清TNF-α和NO水平AR组较正常对照组均呈显著性升高(P<0.01)。且AR发作期的TNF-α和NO水平同间歇期以及正常对照组比较(P<0.01),AR组经激素治疗后患者血清NO浓度明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论TNF和NO共同参与了AR的免疫发病过程,检测血清TNF-α和NO水平可为AR的诊断、治疗提供理论参考依据.
Objective To explore the serum of patients with allergic rhinitis TNF-α,NO content of the dynamic changes in their immune mechanism. Methods To apply the Double sandwich EIISA anti-TNF-α determination of the content and to use nitrate reductase serum levels of NO. Results Serum TNF-α and NO level of AR group than the control group showed a significant increase (P 〈 0.01 ). AR and exacerbation of TNF-α and NO levels with a view to intermittent, as well as the normal control group(P〈 0.01 ), AR group after hormone therapy in patients with serum concentrations of NO were significantly lower than before treatment( t = 7.258, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion TNF and NO involved in the immune pathogenesis of AR, serum TNF-α and NO level of AR for the diagnosis, treatment and provide a theoretical basis for reference.
